Terms and Conditions
These Humble Creek Canada Inc. Terms and Conditions (“Program Terms”) provide information on the Humble Creek Homes Online Referral Program (“Program”).
Eligibility

This offer is eligible to existing Humble Creek Homes customers (“Referrer(s)”) who share a referral with a new customer and the new customer (“Referee(s)”) purchases products and/or services from Humble Creek Homes during the promotional period (“Qualified Purchase”). The promotional period is currently available for an indefinite amount of time. Humble Creek Homes reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion the eligibility of new customers and existing customers for this offer. Humble Creek Homes further reserves the right to disqualify referrals in circumstances where we reasonably believe they were not made in good faith.
Referrer Offer Terms

For each new Referee, Referee will receive $500 for one successful referral. Each Referee is entitled to receive $2000 for three (3) referrals.

It may take up to 90 days to process your reward. The reward will be sent via email/courier/eTransfer and may come in the form of VISA Gift Cards or similar products.

Referrer’s are eligible for a maximum of 5 rewards.

Humble Creek Homes representatives are not eligible to participate in the Program.
Referee Offer Terms

Each Referee is entitled to $500 for one referral. Each Referee is entitled to $2000 for three (3) referrals. This offer can't be combined with any other offers. To take advantage of the offer, the Referee must purchase a product or service at a minimum cost of $20,000 (CAD).

Humble Creek Homes and its service providers reserve the right to modify these terms, or to change, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time and for any reason temporarily or permanently with or without notice. Humble Creek Homes and its Program service providers reserve the right to delay, cancel, revoke, or prevent issuance of any rewards in any suspected case of fraudulent use or misuse of Humble Creek Homes services or this Program. Referrals and rewards are subject to verification at Humble Creek Homes sole discretion.

Additionally, by participating in the Program, you agree that your Referral invitations will not contain any content that could be deemed by Humble Creek Homes, in its sole judgment, to be obscene, violent or otherwise in poor taste or unlawful, or for the purpose of encouraging unlawful activities, or otherwise misuse or bring into dispute, any other Intuit owned marks or logos, or Humble Creek Homes products or services. Intuit reserves the right to object to unfair uses or misuses of its trademarks/logos and to hold you in breach of the Agreement for any such unfair uses or misuses in Humble Creek Homes sole discretion.
