Terms of Use

Limited Licence: 

  • The Disclosing Party grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the confidential information for the specified purpose.

 

No Warranty: 

  • The Disclosing Party makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the confidential information for any purpose.

 

No Guarantee of Access: 

  • The Disclosing Party reserves the right to deny or revoke access to the confidential information at its sole discretion.

 

Compliance with Laws: 

  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in accessing and using the confidential information.

 

Disclaimer of Liability: 

  • The Disclosing Party shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the confidential information.

 

Modification of Terms: 

  • The Disclosing Party reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.

 

Governing Law: 

  • These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.

 

Non-Disclosure and Non-Compete Agreement

 

Parties:

This Non-Disclosure and Non-Compete Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between:

  • Disclosing Party:

Humble Creek Homes Inc., a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada, hereinafter referred to as the "Disclosing Party."

​

  • Receiving Party:

Any visitor accessing confidential information, hereinafter referred to as the "Receiving Party."

 

Confidential Information:

The Disclosing Party may provide the Receiving Party with certain confidential and proprietary information, including but not limited to [trade secrets, architectural plans, financial data, incentives.] (the "Confidential Information").

Obligations of Receiving Party:

  • The Receiving Party agrees to keep the Confidential Information confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party.

  •  

  • The Receiving Party agrees not to use the Confidential Information for any purpose other than making an informed decision before purchasing a tiny home without the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party.

  •  

  • The Receiving Party shall take all reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of the Confidential Information and prevent unauthorised disclosure or use.

Non-Compete:

During the term of this Agreement and for a period of two years following the termination of the Receiving Party's access to the Confidential Information, the Receiving Party agrees not to engage in any business that directly competes with the Disclosing Party.

Return or Destruction of Confidential Information:

Upon the Disclosing Party's written request or the termination of the Receiving Party's access to the Confidential Information, the Receiving Party agrees to promptly return or, at the Disclosing Party's option, destroy all copies of the Confidential Information in its possession.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.

By accessing the confidential information, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms set out in our Privacy Policy.
